Protein analyzer ABZ-1 is designed for measuring of the protein mass fraction in wheat. ABZ-1 is one of the most highly accurate instruments of protein control in grains. Discrepancy in protein determination is no more than ± 0,5 %. Applying harmful for people's health chemical agents (as in Kjeldahl method) is not required. The analysis duration is 5-7 times lower than by Kjeldahl method. The protein content measuring results are displayed

Purpose and area of application:

Protein analyzer ABZ-1 is designed for measuring of the protein mass fraction in wheat. ABZ-1 is one of the most highly accurate instruments of protein control in grains. Discrepancy in protein determination is no more than ± 0,5 %. Applying harmful for people's health chemical agents (as in Kjeldahl method) is not required. The analysis duration is 5-7 times lower than by Kjeldahl method. The protein content measuring results are displayed.
   Conversion to percentage of protein content in relation to the dry product is carried out. The analyzer is applied in quality control laboratories, as well as grain processing, bread-making and other agricultural enterprises.

The analyzer consists of the following main parts:

  • - Protein analyzer ABZ-1;
  • - Laboratory centrifugal machine;
  • - Laboratory mixing machine;
  • - Set of laboratory dishes;
  • - Blue chemical agent.
