Infrared analyzer INFRASKAN is a new, however already enough time-tested home-produced device for express analysis of grain quality and their derivative products. It is designed for determination of mass fraction of components in samples of grain and oil-bearing-crops, groats, seeds and mixed feed.
  The analyzer is registered in the State Register under № 30434-05 and is provided with the Certificate of recognition of type approval of measuring equipment № UА-МІ/3р-1095-2007 as of 27.09.2007 and admitted for use in Ukraine, the Russian Federation, Belarus and Kazakhstan.

Order specifications:

  • infrared analyzer with an automated unit for sample forming and built-in module for brightness determination;
  • mini-thermo- printer PLE-02;
  • software;
  • calibrations for wheat and barley grains;
  • certificate of primary calibration issued by All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Metrology named after D.I. Mendeleyev".

To make an accurate analysis with sample grinding, it is recommended to use LMT-2 mill with calibration sieve 0,8.
  Analyzer supply coming with LMT-2 mill is optional.

At the present time, there are calibration equations developed and time-tested at factories for determination of the following parameters:

  • Wheat (protein, moisture, amount of gluten);
  • Soybean oil meal (protein, moisture, fibre, fat);
  • Sunflower seeds (protein, moisture, fibre, fat);
  • Sunflower oilcake (protein, moisture, fibre, fat);
  • Sunflower meal (protein, moisture, fibre, fat);
  • Fish tankage (protein, moisture, fibre, fat, ash, salt, phosphorus);
  • Wheat gluten (protein, moisture, amount of gluten);
  • Wheat flour (protein, moisture, amount of gluten, ash, brightness);
  • Mixed feed components (protein, moisture, fibre, fat, ash, salt, phosphorus);
  • Barley (protein, moisture);
  • Malt (protein, moisture);
  • Soya beans (protein, moisture, fibre, fat);
  • Rape (moisture, oil content, erucidic acid, glucosinolates);
  • Maize (protein, fat, ash, moisture).
