Is designed for determination of gluten quality of wheat grains and wheat flour by standard units of GDM (Gluten Deformation Measurement) due to GOST 13586.1-68 and GOST 27839-88. The principle and method of their operation are based on quantity measuring of permanent residual deformation of the gluten sample after impacting of tare load (hub) within a specified period of time (30 sec.)

Purpose and area of application:
