The mill is designed for crushing laboratory samples of grain crops and their products in order to prepare for the subsequent determination of quality grain. LMT-2 is used in grain-pT, flour mills and grain processing plants, laboratories, GHI, the system of agriculture, breeding and research institutes, independent laboratories and other organizations involved in assessing the quality of agricultural crops and products of their processing. Used mill sample preparation to determine the number and quality of gluten, falling number, protein content, as well as other indicators, in determining which you want to grind the product for a given size. The mill provides sample grinding grain weight from 10g to 100g with a given stable particle size. Sieve control ground product is required (descent sieves N 067 is not more than 1%, N 38 screen pass at least 60%). The mill is equipped with interchangeable calibrated sieve diameter of 0,8 and 1,0 mm.

Description: Windmill LMT-2 consists of a body on which is mounted plate with a cyclone. On the cover plate is mounted, that contains a funnel reception, as well as the valve. The cavity contains the shell plate, made in the form of a ring with a notch on the inner side and a sieve. In the cavity plate, also, is the impeller. Inside the case skid mounted electric motor, resulting in a V-belt transmission to move the impeller. Source product is coming from the receiving hopper, lifting flow and through the slot with a hole in the lid falls into the cavity of the plate with a propeller. Under the action of the centrifugal force accompanying the impeller, the product is dropped on the cowling, acquiring a circular motion. While moving along the surface of shell with a notch product is crushed and the particles, together with air blown through a sieve in a cyclone. After separation from the product, the air through the cavity of the cover is displaced in the cavity plate, which passes through the filters for cleaning and thrown out. Shredded and separated from the air product is available in the reception capacity for the collection of the product.

1. Automatic regulated dispensing system enables to grind the product of high humidity;
2. Self-cleaning devices of the dispensing system, grinding chamber and feeder prevent mixing milled sample with the remains of the previous sample and thus cleaning between samples is not normally required; 
3. Laminate drive belt (reinforced by five layers of synthetic polyamide fiber) does not almost stretch and does not require regular tightening;
4. The special shape of the impeller prevents its jam during grinding coarse grain (peas, corn, soybeans);
5. Special filter material provides effective cleaning of the used air from dust and prevents its release in the laboratory workspace.
