         Flattening mill PPM -0,5 is designed for the production of oat flakes, oats, buckwheat, wheat flakes, pea flakes, millet flakes. It is mounted on the groats-mills for the processing of peas and oats, as well as universal groats-mills.

         Parent grain with the help of the feeder enters the working area of the machine that is operating clearance between the rotating rollers, where the product becomes flat to the size, which corresponds to roll gap.

Sikter PHO for flakes

         Sikter PHO for flakes is designed for sieving of oat-flakes after bumping and drying, for separation of waste and lumps. It is used on the groats mills, factories for the oat processing.

         By means of gravity transport the product gets to the upper sieves, where it goes through three phases: on the first phase by the sieve residual the lumps are separated, on the second phase flakes are divided into small and big, and on the third phase husking bran is seceded.

Trieur wild oat separator TCK is designed for cleaning of main crop grain from short cockle impurity. It’s also used for sorting the grain by the length. The amount of electricity consumed per ton of processed grain is not more than 70 kW.

Trieurs TCK are used in grain elevators, mills and groats mills for separating cockle seeds from grain mixtures; at groat mills – for separating oats from barley and separating dehusked and undehusked grain. And also at seed cleaning plants and at plants on corn seeds calibration for separation the largest grains from the mixture.

       Main working part of trieur wild oat separator is a cylinder with alveoles where bruchid weevil of short fraction (grain) comes, and bruchid weevil of long fraction (cockle) is bigger than the alveole size and does come to the alveole. Alveolar cylinder turns on and sends up bruchid weevil of long fraction to the first tray, and bruchid weevil of short fraction – to the second tray, in such a way mixture separation is done.
