• In October 2020, “Krupy Vostoka” LLP (Kazakhstan, Ust-Kamenogorsk) put into operation a modern plant for the buckwheat processing into steamed unground cereals with a capacity of 70 t/day and non-steamed buckwheat groats (green) - 35 t/day. This was reported by the press service of the company "Sey-Nar" LLP.

    Reportedly, the Ukrainian company "OLIS" completed the technology engineering and supplied a full set of equipment for cleaning, sorting, peeling, steaming, transporting and aspiration of buckwheat of its own production, and carried out all the work to launch the plant into operation.

    At present, the plant has reached the passport capacity and provides the output of parboiled buckwheat kernels 72% and un-steamed buckwheat kernels 62% in accordance with all quality requirements, noted in "Sey-Nar" LLP.

    «This year was a special period when we should learn how to conduct not only meetings in an online format, but also to manage the process of installing an entire plant through a tablet monitor. This is already the second production in this year, installation of which was performed online,« – comments Vladimir Cheglatonev, Commercial Director of OLIS LLC.

    The company "Krupy Vostoka" LLP is a part of the group of companies "Sey-Nar" LLP, which has been operating in the Kazakhstan market since 2001 and is engaged in the procurement, processing and sale of agricultural products.
