Cockle indented cylinder TCK is designed for cleaning of main crop grain from short cockle impurity. It’s also used for grain sorting according to length.

Field of application:
Cockle indented cylinders TCK are used in grain elevators, mills and groats mills for separating cockle seeds from grain mixtures; at groat mills – for separating oats from barley and separating dehusked and undehusked grain, and also at seed cleaning plants and at corn seeds calibration plants  for  the largest grains separation from the mixture.

Work description:
Main working part of the cockle indented cylinder TCK is a cylinder with cells where bruchid weevil of short fraction (cockle) comes, and bruchid weevil of long fraction (grain) is bigger than the cell's size and isn't captured by the cell. Cylinder with the cells is revolved and throws out bruchid weevil of long fraction to the first tray, and bruchid weevil of short fraction – to the second tray, in such way mixture fractionation is done.

1. The machine can be installed as a separate equipment and also two separators can be set one above the other, making an indented cylinder with  consecutive and parallel motion of the mixture.

2. The working cylinder is automatically put into the setup mode with the angle 2º, which improves machine work, providing equitability of the mixture along the working cylinder;

3. Adjustment of sectional spout is provided in the range of 0-90º, that allows to separate the mixture with maximum efficiency;

4. The components of the leading European manufactures are used.
