Moisture Tester DRAMINSKI TwistGrain is designed for express-analysis of moisture in grains, beans, seeds and grass in the laboratory as well as in the field when harvesting, post-harvest handling – drying, distribution on the threshing floors and storage areas, during the grains moisture treatment prior to milling.

Description:
In order to test the grains moisture, the following is needed: switch on the apparatus, select the scale name on the led-display, which shall correspond to the testing crops or product, then take the needed sample, spill it into the apparatus, screw the lid of the press until it is secure, tap the TEST button and in 20 seconds obtain the result of moisture measurement in %.

Moisture Tester DRAMINSKI TwistGrain has a possibility of changing the calibration curves. The user can calibrate the device independently, that is, make changes to the calibration curves programmed for each type, which were created on the basis of a comparative analysis in combination with the drying method.
In cases where the instrument overstates or underestimates the results, for a particular grain type, for the same value in the entire measurement range, the user is enabled to enter a correction factor that will compensate for this difference.

- TwistGrain has a rich, constantly developing list of calibrations, as well as enables to add the user’s new ones.
- Accurate 3-point measurements can be made within a few seconds. Also, in a few seconds you can make grain measurement with a precision of +/- 0,5 % for normalized grains. The average result of the latest three measurements is displayed immediately on the screen.
- A tone signal in the cover will tell you if the sample was properly compressed. In addition, the device shows and automatically compensates for the grain temperature. You will always be sure that the measurements have been made correctly.
